* Arrival and Check-in: Passengers are required to appear in person at the Bristow terminal for check-in. To ensure on-time departures for our flights, we strongly recommend that you arrive within the check-in window below:

* Recommended arrival time: 90 minutes before departure time

* Check-in closes: 30 minutes before departure time

* Identification: All passengers must present valid photo identification at check-in.

* Boarding: Our agents will notify passengers when boarding commences.

* Changes or cancellation: This must be done at least 24 hours before departure time.

* No Show: Tickets cancelled less than 24 hours before departure are considered “no show” and client bears the full cost of ticket.

*” No show” charge is full cost of ticket.

* Seating: The flights are open seating. Once on board, choose any available seat and stow your carry-on items in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

* Group boarding: If you wish to board with other passengers, please ensure that the group boards with the passenger holding the latest boarding position. This ensures the integrity and fairness of the boarding process.

* Checked baggage: Maximum of two (2) items of checked baggage, with a maximum combined weight of 23kg.

* Carry-on baggage: Maximum of one (1) standard item not exceeding 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm and weighing less than 6kg. Certain items are recommended to be placed in carry-on baggage, including but not limited to, bottles and other glassware, crockery, ornaments, picture frames, and precision instruments, computers, and other high value electronics.

* Personal item: One (1) small personal item weighing less than 3kg. If you have a carry-on bag and a personal item, please place the personal item under the seat in front of you to ensure other passengers have space in the overhead cabin.

* Security screening: Both carry-on and checked baggage are screened. Some baggage may require additional screening. Laptop computers and other electronic devices are to be removed from

their carrying case at the screening checkpoint.

* Dangerous items: Dangerous items must be placed in checked in baggage. They include but are not limited to Blunt Instruments capable of causing injury, Pointed/Edged Weapons & Sharp

Objects, Liquids in quantities more than 100ml (or 3.5 fl.oz).

* Prohibited items: Items prohibited from being carried on a flight, whether as carry-on, checked baggage or personal item, include but are not limited to Corrosives, Explosives, Flammable gases or liquids, Flammable solids and reactive substances, Oxidizers and organic peroxides, Radioactive material, Toxic or infectious substances, Animals, Vehicle fuel system components which have contained fuel, Firearms, unless they are clearly sporting equipment, and Electronics which may affect the aircraft’s navigation or communications systems.

* Excess baggage: Excess bags shall attract an excess baggage fee. Please contact Jetseta for rates.

* Cancellations and changes: If your travel plan changes and you wish to cancel or reschedule your flight, please immediately notify Jetseta. If the need for a change or cancellation arises after you have checked in for your flight at the terminal, please notify one of our agents.
